Farook B.Ed College was established in 2004 under the management of the Farook Educational Society. The society was formed in 1982 with the aim of promoting quality education and has been successfully running well-established institutions that provide a variety of curricular and co-curricular activities for the mental, intellectual, and moral development of students.
The college is affiliated with the University of Calicut and offers teacher education programmes with an intake of 50 students across five disciplines. All the courses offered by the college are recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), ensuring that the institution follows national standards for teacher education.
